Where can I find the Crimson Amber Medallion?

• Base Talisman can be purchased at the Nomadic Market on the eastern side of the Weeping peninsula. It is available for 1,500 runes. 
• +1 Variant: Found at Volcano Menor. You will need a Stonesword key to get through the fog gate. Go to Prison Town Church Site Of Grace. You can run up the stairs to the top, where you will find the talisman on a corpse.
