Additionally, I exercise at the gym five days each week and write for hours every day. It’s a wonder that I can put healthy food on the table every night.

However, I wouldn’t change it for anything. I am awestruck when my children perform well and enjoy their hobbies, and I am happy knowing that I am teaching them to incorporate healthy living into the fabric of daily life.

One of the most important aspects of a healthy life is to ensure that we are stocked with healthy snacks. There is usually a range of foods to pick from, including fruits and vegetables such as cheese, nuts, whole-grain Granola bars, and delicious frozen snacks. Recently, we came across outshine fruits bars frozen popsicles made using real fruits or juices of the fruit. In addition to being healthy and nutritious but they also taste fantastic!

I’ve been eating them in peace after the children go to bed, and my children have been enjoying snacks during the afternoon. After an extended morning at school, our son enjoys having the option to come home and eat a snack before going to baseball practice or basketball.

As for my girls, they’ve been an excellent way to motivate their naps. They view it as a tasty reward, and I view it as a healthy and nutritious snack. It’s an all-win!
