Ken Ryuguji, also known as Draken, is considered one of the most powerful characters in the Tokyo Revengers manga series. Draken is among the founders and the former vice-president of the Tokyo Manji Gang, led by Manjiro Sano. After the demise of the Tokyo Manji Gang, Draken is now a part of the Brahman Gang led by Senju Kawaragi.
Although he is a formidable character who plays an important role in the show he’s also a human, just like everyone else. You may have been wondering if Draken died in Tokyo Revengers. Before we provide the answer, please remember that the following content will contain spoilers for the manga.

Is Draken dead?
The former vice-president of the Tokyo Manji Gang and currently an active participant in Brahman, Draken, died after rescuing Takemichi from the assassination attempt made by The members of Rokuhara Tandai.
How did Draken die?
Draken passed away after shedding enough blood from the wound that occurred after he swung his hand over the bullet shot by the enemy.
When Senju and Takemichi Senju were chatting at an amusement park, Draken heard the story of the enemy plotting to take out Takemichi. Draken discovered that the enemy was heading to the amusement park leading him to believe that Takemichi might be there as well.

Three people from Rokuhara Tandai are responsible for the crime. Initially, they failed to kill Takemichi, and she rushed toward Senju to shield her. The gang members from Rokuhara Tandai fired a second shot, hoping to kill Takemichi. However, as soon as the gun was fired, Draken appeared in front of them.
When Draken arrived, the Rokuhara Tandai members immediately ran away. The sound of gunshots sure caught the attention of civilians. In order to stay clear of being linked to that crime, Senju demanded that Takemichi, as well as Draken to get out of the area.
Takemichi and Senju both Takemichi and Senju started to run However, Draken did not get his feet moving and eventually fell to the ground. It turned out that the final shot that hit the enemy struck Draken’s body. Both Takemichi Senju immediately sought help however the rescuer advised them it was too far to help Draken.
In what chapter did Draken die in Tokyo Revengers?
Draken’s death was confirmed by the medical staff in the Tokyo Revengers Chapter 224.
Although this is the last moment of Ken Ryuguji’s life, the manga already hinted at Draken’s demise at the beginning of Chapter 221. The manga keeps hinting about his demise up to Tokyo Revengers Chapter 223, where we witness Draken experiencing a flashback of his fellow members of the Tokyo Manji Gang and a dream of Emma.
